I wake up a lot of nights to find my husband fondling me and putting his hands 'down there'. I've asked him to stop, that I need my sleep, but he keeps doing it. I even woke up one night with him on top of me (I'm lieing on my stomach) and he's having s.e.x. with me. Can I consider this rape? He's my husband but I've asked him to leave me alone.

You guys up here are talking about rape?? I can imagine her in a court of law to a jury: "He raped me, sniff. I woke up one night he was on top of me and I told him before that that I needed my sleep".
The way you word the whole situation "I have asked him to leave me alone... is that rape" etc makes me question your love for him. Usually wives like to feel attractive and at the worst they wonder how to please more their men because he has a bigger drive but they sure don't come discuss on the internet rape charges on the dude to whom they said 'I do' because he's horny more than you wish.
You should tell him how it is, tell him you are serious and tell him that he is fixing to catch a rape case. And then come back to us to be one of the wives posting about 'husband watching porn' and later 'husband is having sex with somebody else'.
What was your sex usually before you guys got together? I cannot imagine that he suddenly developed it. So did you tell him before you got married that you would not give it up that much?
Guys, like women do look outside of the marriage if their need are not filled, and sex is the #1 need for most men.

Married or not its still rape. He is having sex with you without your consent. My x did this to me and it took me years to realize that what he really was doing was raping me and not respecting me. Get help as I wish I did.

That is total disrespect to you as a human being....He wants you to respect him ...then he should do the same unto you.Just because you are his wife ....that does not make you his toilet. It isn't even considered lovemaking if you are asleep ....and that's what people are supposed to do make love .....not rape.
