where can i buy some left handed thred spark plugs?

i have a 2000 nissan truck 4 cyl.

We would have to know what type engine is it for, what country, possibly the type you are replacing. I personally would find the part number on the spark plug, plug that and the words spark plug in a search engine. Or if its for a boat , plane ect. search for repair forums for the correct type engine. Good luck in your hunt.
