Shorti - interesting group of answers. Looks like one of your recent "competitors" for a guy is keeping the boning knife sharp, though.
Where do I keep my soul ... hmmmm ... I think in the meeting place beteen emotional and rational self, wherever that is. Somewhere betwen the lands of "id" and "ego" perhaps. My soul, in this most personal question, seems to be that part of me that balances judgement and feeling - where an outraged sense of justice meets a rational understanding of the problems of justice, for example.
And that soul also lives in certain dark corners that keep the little boy I once was. he crouches, and worries, rejoices, and sometimes takes over when I make faces at startled colleagues at work. There is play, and careless joy in just being - as well as guilt and hope, and responsibility.
Hey, are you a re-incarnation of Friedrich Hegel? If so, he got a lot better looking! And would you PLEASE do something about that guy Immanuel Kant - "Being and Nothingness" got some Frenchmen thinking and you know how troublesome that can be - mix Germans and Frenchmen and you get the Dadaists!
