No, its better having a real photo as u know who you are talking too, i always worry incase its like a 11 year old or something and they are asking for adult info!
Much better with a real photo. You look friendly and kind, defo not a geek!

you look a bit wierd but it's because the angle is too low you took it at, the lighting is too harsh, the top of your head is cut off and you have a strange expression on your face. We all take bad photo's you just need to get a better one of yourself

Who cares what other people think of your picture . If that is you, learn to like yoursef and stop asking others if you look a certain way, Be proud of who you are and what you look like. It is part of your family heritage. Besides you look fine.
