i have seen it done but only by pro's but its a hard task but not impossible

technically yes. Abit and a few other comp companies have had laptop building competitions. but is it as easy as building desktops? certainly not. unlike desktops, laptop parts are not universal. not all parts will fit ur case. random parts will not fit with eachother. so to build ur own laptop, u almost have to specoally order ur parts. cost wise, its just not worth it.

Yes, you can build your own lap top you can just tell the people what parts to put in (it is possible)
