The scene from Rosemaries Baby where the goat thing is riding her was pretty disturbing. Also theres a scene in Razorblade Smile where the lead character (a vampire) slits some womans wrists and has sex with her while she bleeds to death (if I remember rightly) that was pretty messed up.....
Don't forget the bug rape scene in Naked Lunch as well.

LOL...deliverance comes to mind, but the worst I can remember is the prison rape scene in American Me with Edward James Olmos. If you commit a prison worthy crime after watching that movie at a young age, then you're a raging homosexual.

there is a couple but i cant remember names.........this one didnt have a sex scene but there is one i remember where they showed on lifetime. the one with mira sorvino on sex slavery in the world.........the scene where the trafficker brings back a little boy back to his room and he is crying and in pain.
