I have a feeling either your engine computer is defective (the voltage regulator is part of the computer), or you have a bad "voltage sense" wire to the engine controller. But, check your battery terminals to make sure they're tight. Otherwise, you would need to take it to someone with a scan tool to check for charging system fault codes and Actual vs. Target charging voltages. Also, I believe 2004 vans had a service bulletin to re-flash the engine controller for low charging system output. (I may be incorrect on the year). HTH!! Good Luck!!

Go with the answer James gave you. I will just try to elaborate. Without actually seeing what is going on, I would assume that the lights aren't really turning yellow, they are dimming from bright light to almost nothing due to a lack of voltage. The alternator is the only electrical component on the vehicle that is capable of varying voltage so I would start there. Your local parts house should be able to spin (bench test) the alternator for you to check it before you purchase a new one. God luck/

feels like they could be providing you with a quote for brand spanking new brake pads, rotors and calipers. take a competent look on the estimate they gave you and ask questions. in the event that they cant supply you a breakdown of what expenses what, then turn around and come across an excellent shop which could and supply you the low down. maximum brake jobs that incorporate new brake pads and resurfaced rotors will run you around 2 hundred - 3 hundred greenbacks according to axle (front or rear). dont have confidence those $ninety 9 brake particular places...those are what we call "pad slapped". if the rotors are no longer measured for thickness, then you rather would desire to be under minimum spec and that would desire to reason a vibration mutually as braking (warped rotors) and if the hot pads dont have a clean clean floor to seat into, you're turning out to be vibration, noise, chatter, and your new pads would possibly no longer final as long as they might. stable success

Ether wires are crossed or there is something wrong with the cpu. unless its the same bulb going white and yellw then u can replace the bulbs but i wouldnt know why it would do that unless the are going real dim to bright.
