is there any eyeliner out there that doesnt smear? and tell me the brand name if there is. also whats ur favorite mascara? doesnt mattter the price

I love Bobbi Brown's gel eyeliners (i think they're called smudge pots), and as for mascara I go over the counter and buy Almay's intense iColor for Hazel eyes... both are WONDERFUL products :)

Almay liquid eyeliner is what I use, and it doesn't smear. As for mascara, I like Cover Girl Lash Exact & Max Factor Lash Perfection. The wands are different so it doesn't clump and neither one have smeared for me. I still use a lash primer though since they aren't that great at building length.

liquid eyeliner that can be purchased at sallys is great. alot of the time, pencil eyeliner will smear.
and as for mascara maybelline insense xxl is great stuff. :)

more than mascare is the cats ***. estee lauder makes it and it is awesome!!! no smudges or clumps, just kickin' lashes. as far as eyeliner, I am waiting for your answers b/c I havent found one yet!! I do use Mary Kay eyeliner now---not too bad, but a little smudgy.
