I don't think you can buy them. They are considered weeds where we live in Tennessee.
My wife & I love then. A few years ago I went alongside the road where I knew Mimosas had bloomed earlier. I kept checking until the seeds started dropping. I brought some home and planted them in a pot on the window sill. I raised two and then selected the best plant and planted it in the yard. It is a big tree as Mimosas go and we love it.
Anyhow I went the long way to tell you to gather your own seeds & start your own plant.
We kept it in the house until spring then set it out.
As a matter of fact ours is in full bloom now.

If you know someone who has a mimosa tree, the tree will bare seeds when the flowers fall off in the late summer and early fall. when the pods turn brown, harvest them and plant.

If it's the same tree I'm thinking of....the one with fern type leaves and pink flowers. There are pods that grow on them like green beans. The seeds are in them. If your tree doesn't have them. Find one that does. Don't know if it's a male / female tree thing.

I must say the best place to look would be through your local conservation officer or just look for the nearest tree. You can always find seeds around the trees . they look like a long flat green bean.
