i've got replaced a headgasket on a ninety 3 2.0 litre it took some days cuz I wasnt in a hurry yet I counted 5hrs. total.you will desire a valve conceal gasket to boot as a headgasket.Dont take the intake off,leave it on the cylinderhead.purely leave the timing belt on so once you strengthen the pinnacle off,you will strengthen it from the different end and the belt would be falling off from there.For $70 I did it.you're able to take it in in spite of the indisputable fact that it expenditures alot like as much as$seven hundred.

well if ur a do it urself er ya about 12.00 for one or you can get a high temperature silicone seal in a tube for 5.00-8.00 depending on brand. these work just as good but you have to know how to lay the seal so its tight and let it dry before you start it.
