Look into acting classes at South Coast Repertory Theatre in Costa Mesa (just over the line from Santa Ana, down Bristol near South Coast Plaza). They have a professional conservatory, and the theatre itself and the instructors have many connections in the business. The instruction is excellent; I don't know what you consider affordable, but if you really want to learn to act, you'll have to spend money at some point--and these guys have a Tony Award for best Regional Theatre, so they know their stuff. I think you are asking for a dream that will not come true like that.
Good acting schools? New York Academy of Film in Universal city. By Los Angeles.
Affordable? not. 2000usd for a month.
My daughter goes there an d lives in Orange County. Its tough. Its expensive. And it takes a lot to cling to working and filming and havng any kind of life at all after that.
Forget about cheap schools. Would you want the film director to pay you cheap too?

Do you mean Talent Agencies?
If you are just starting to take clasess, you are not ready to audition for agencies.
