If they don't want to show there legs or bottom,why wear a short skirt anyway. Don't say it is fashion

Because men want to see women wearing them with the hope that they will get to see a glimpse. Women pull at them because if men actually see anything, the game is up. We just want to chase you till you catch us!

some of them ride up because theyre made of a Lycra or spandex blended fabric. Others are just trying to avoid a fly-away. And other women just THOUGHT it was a good idea to wear a short skirt, but theyre just not too confident about it.

Maybe they were trying to be fashionable and gaining attention, but since they know it doesn't fit them or they just feel self-consicious to be dressed that way, they just keep tugging down on that skirt of theirs! I think it's really ridiculous...

Because maybe the short skirt isn't drawing enough attention, so yanking at it grabs your eye and then you notice her short skirt?

Because they haven't the sense God gave 'em. If you have to keep pulling it down, you don't need it on. It's dumb in the first place because as soon as you sit down, it's gonna rise. The world will see all your goods then.

I really like long dresses. My bf wants the short ones. So my closet is loaded w/ 1/2 and 1/2.

There is no answer.. they want to look sexxy, but do not have the right shape to be wearing that kinda outfit.
