To be fair, not all celebrities get plastic surgery. Some actually hire personal trainers. Which can cost more, because they keep them around for longer, as plastic surgery is really more of a one time one cost thing.

Because after they make the big bucks, they can afford to have all the plastic surgery they want ,all the dentistry they need, the best clothes,personal trainers to keep them motivated,& hairdressers to keep them perfectly coiffed. If I had all that help I would look that good too.

As Grandma W says, they can afford the best creams & makeup. Believe me they don't go to Walmart for their cosmetics. The can afford to keep their hair trimmed, or whatever. Better quality clothes made by designers who begs you to wear their clothes. How many of us can actually afford to shop on Rodeo Drive. Not me! Also, believe me, they don't look as good as you might think, with air brushing, and lights and tons of makeup you'd be surprised at what they actually look like without mascara.

Everybody works for them!!!Best of the best make-up artist,fitness trainers,they eat just the most expensive food,they even have a life coach,and stuff like that!They are really spoiled!

bcoz they can afford to undergo plastic surgery, liposuction, facial , eat right foods and they got the best MAKE -UP artist.

Money just makes you look good! I don't think its all about plastic surgery...Busta Rhymes is cute now that he has money and i doubt he's had any plastic surgery.

Because when they have money they can afford many things that when they weren't rich they couldn't buy, like facial treatments, hair care, fashionable clothing and etc...
