What throne. She was good but not the the point i call her "The Great Whitney Houston" if she lay down the drugs and kick out Bobby she "might" have another chance to revive her career but i seriously doubt it.

The only way Whitney would be able to make a successful come back is if she does a concert and sings, "I will always love you" and hits the same notes as she does in the song, then MAYBE???, she could take her throne back. Hope she makes it soon, I can't stand Mariah Carey.

I think not. The drugs have taken too much toll on her voice. It's a pity because when Whitney was good, damn she was good. The Bodyguard is still one of the best soundtracks. I don't care how anyone else feels about that. I still listen to that album. We miss you, Whitney!

Only if Bobby Brown disappears from the face of the planet and she spends a few years in rehab.
I used to love her as a kid, when she was bouncy and wore those cute little dresses and big round earrings, long before her Grammy days .... so sad what has happened to her.

Because Whitney is/was so talented, I believe that if she took a few years off and got herself together, she could make a comeback like others who got off track. Her type of talent just seem salvageable.

No, her voice is dead!! The older a person gets and the more stress it puts on the vocal chords. With the addition of Bobby Brown's influence and drug use, she might as well live off of royalties and be happy. But there is no harm in trying and landing on her face, it's her PREROGATIVE!!!

I think she's well-loved enough to, if she went to rehab and kicked Bobby Brown to the curb. Funny what love does to a girl.

Unlikely, once you have been dethroned, it's almost impossible to return to it. She would need to make large changes in her life and lifestyle. Haven't seen any likelihood of that happening.
