There are two things that cause this...
they want to show their legs because they like the way they look in a short skirt. As soon as they are walking down the street they get insecurities/uncomfortable because they start thinking about what OTHERS must be thinking about their skirt so they start tugging at it subconsciosly.
The other is that sometimes your clothing shifts in ways that you haven't anticipated and you are stuck making midstream adjustments while walking down the street.
I eliminate this by wearing everything at my house for a few hours before I wear it out. That way I find out it it sticks to my legs when I stand up or sit down , some garments "grow" they get larger, the longer you have them on. Some stuff gets itchy or just otherwise uncomfortable once you've had it on for a while, and again you end up needing to make an emergencey adjustment.

lmao great question and i wish i could give a great answer but unfortunately i cant..i guess some women like the thought of the attention they will get when theyre getting dressed in their homes but once they startt getting that attention they dont like it all that much and plus who really wants someone one looking up their skirt..but at the same time dont wear one that short

well the prob is that the skirts starts to go up and that is not cool so that's y girls start to pull there skirts down.

becuz sum want show off but still u no they cant always have their skirts rolling up it looks bad it needs to b straight-thats the style of the short, ripped denim miniskirts

First of all, I like the skirt!!! People inform me I've nice lower limbs but I still don't wear shorts

I really like long dresses. My bf likes the short ones. So my wardrobe is filled up w/ 1/2 and 1/2.

Wow you have no idea what you're talking about. They ride up and it gets uncomfortable. Almost all of my friends are girls so I know.

they think that they look sexy in them when they really don't and are not pretty.
