The most precious words that I have said are "Be the best that you can be,At everything you do!" This is what I tell my kids each day before school and I always follow it up By saying "I Love you,You can do it"

I was 14 and my grandfather, on his death bed, as he was dying asked me to watch over and take care of my gramma for him. And I promised I would.
that one ties with the little fat girl who used to show up at my house. She was about ten years younger than me, and practically homeless, her mom and her boyfriend were never home to care for her. She found food some how, but she was never clean... didnt have shoes. She came over one night and was crying because her mom had hit her and told her she was ugly and useless. I told her she was special to me, and i thought she was beautiful, and never to believe anything else.
I found out a few weeks later she died in a trailer home fire. The boyfriend left a washing machine against the back door and no one could get out.
What we say is very important, I never waste a chance to make a person think harder.
