well....
i always go down the street to this womans house and she makes it larger by putting it in her mouth.it werks greatit gets bigger and bigger. then it throbs and after awhile it blows up .too bad it goes back to hangin smaller

if you toss-off alot and, you kind of pull it a little bit it gets a little longer, or there are pills, but why would you? how big is it?
