I am not a beginner, but not an advanced coder either. I started with godaddy for name and hosting, but their Websitetonight product does not give me the polished look I want. I don't think I need something like Dreamweaver because I don't plan on building again after this. I cannot find a web-based option that has lots of great-looking prebuilt pages - this would be ideal. I don't really have the budget to hire a pro. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

yahoo web hosting sounds good for you. Or if you want a host with over 160 mysql databases (ready built websites) very professional and with a admin control panel for you, check into powweb hosting
