Drowsiness, lethargy, or excitement combined with dyspnea, hyperactivity, irritability, thirst, ataxia, flaccidity, or rigidity may occur with Lomotil(R) overdose.
ATROPINE EFFECTS - Hyperpyrexia, disorientation, excitement, convulsions, mydriasis, generalized red flushed appearance, urinary retention, and tachypnea.
OPIOID EFFECTS - CNS and respiratory depression.

The effects would be transient, but would be driness of mouth, possible rapid heart beat, and difficulty urinating.

Made me deathly ill on just a normal dose. Very sick, dizzy, disoriented.
