I would say it is safe as long as it is on gentle cycle and you do not use harsh detergants. As far as drying it I would air dry it if possible. If you have to stick it in the dryer put it on the most delicate cycle in 10min cycles.

It may work, but I would not put it in the dryer. Are you washing just the cushion covers or does the entire sofa cover come off?It will probably lose some color. you can iron on wrong side with lowest setting, But thats just a guess. Ask your dry cleaner if they can do it, or maybe advise you.

I suggest that you take-off the cover and READ THE Care Label, that is why the manufacture put them on the cover!
