yes i have one time my brother rolled a huge joint and i smoked almost all of it afterwards i felt like i wanted to die and threw up but i felt fine the next day and kept smokin the the next week so yeah keep doin it if ya want

marijuana is a vasodialator. When you smoke it, it causes all of your veins and arteries to expand, increasing your blood flow. That is probably what you felt.
