I would ask the person/company who asked you to write the business profile EXACTLY what they are looking for. Generally, a business profile includes the following:
Name of Company, Address, and phone/fax numbers
Names of Business Owners
Board of Directors
What the nature of the business is
What products/services they produce
Number of Employees
Also, don't forget to use your spellchecker!

Since the company is new, you will have to skip the part about experience. Divide the profile into parts.
I: Name, status, head office, capital, objectives, policies
II: Machineries, equipment, capabalities
III: Workforce
IV: Business prospects, prospective clients,

I would read company reports that they send out to shareholders and other interested parties as these often include a profile. Try one of your companys competitors

Usually called a "Pro-Forma".
Suggest that you go to your nearest commercial bank and ask for help, even if its' the one that you are preparing the statement, or profile or Pro-Forma - for.
