I already have bluetooth turned on on both of them. The phones are "paired" too.

Well, first of all you can't move a ringtone if it is locked or formated to that particular phone... which most of them are (you can tell if there is a little padlock icon next to the tone, but it's not always there).... but, if not or if you want to transfer a picture or something elese.... First you need to get the LG V into pairing mode which is a switch that makes the phone findable by other phones and devices. I am not that familiar with that phone... but probably if you go into the bluetooth menu option you will see an option to "Turn on Visibility" or put into "Pairing mode"

Then... on your V3, Go into you media... press the menu key and scroll down to MOVE... an option to LOOK FOR DEVICES will come up which will find any bluetooth devices in pairing mode and send your tone/pic once found.

Hope that helps! Good luck and please choose me for best answer :)
