If you had to choose between the power to have nightmeres of the the murders the next fortnight, or have dreamscapes of romantic scenes, what would you choose.

With the nightmeres you have a chance to prevent the murders, thus saving people, but no one is capable of saving everyone so it's on your head that some people died, but you did save some people.

With the dreamscapes you can write romance novels, and become famous and rich, but know your giving people false hope and ideas about their love lives. though false hope is still hope, the ideas you give them could reck their love lives, or stregnthen them.

So is it worse to save people with guilt of ones you cant, or become rich and famous for giving people false hope and ideas on love and life?

Ah, now there's a question, I'd have to say the nightmares. It's like those in the military, in law inforcement, etc. They try hard to save people and they save many, but at the same time people die. They live with that, but they also have the knowledge that they saved many other lives. I mean wouldn't you like to have the knowledge that you went out and saved somebody or maybe be on the flip end and know somebody saved you from death. It would be amazing if you could save everybody, I mean I went out to an abortion clinic today to protest and it would have been wonderful if every woman who went in there had stopped and decided against it, but not every one did. While there though, we were able to save a baby. We pray that that baby will be able to come into this world. So yeah the nightmares, if I could stop the murders of as many as possible than I would. The Romance one is kind of I don't know, non-worth it. Yeah people like to read them but what good really comes out of it? With the nightmares good comes, people live to see another day. And if you're real big on the famous thing, then you still can, if people find out what you can do than you might. So I think you know which one I choose. Again great question.

Wait, now.....why is hope a good thing? You know HOPE was actually in Pandora's box of nasties! She was created to torment humankind and was made with insatiable curiosity....so she really couldn't help herself. When she was given the box and told NEVER to open it, she just HAD to! And by opening it she released all the famine, disease, poverty, hunger, etc into the human world. The last thing in that box was HOPE. But Pandora realized her screw up BEFORE it was released! So HOPE didn't escape...which the Greeks considered a blessing because THEY knew that hope isn't a great thing! Hope works like a delusional drug on people, causing them to pursue things they have no telent for, no skill for, no patience for, and more....

So your idea that the romantic dreams would lead to a fabulous writing career that would, in turn, give people false hope is flawed! LOL As you can see plainly! LOL

I'd say have the nightmares and make nightmare movies. You'll never get an oscar for best screenplay, but you'll be rich so who cares!

I would take the dreamscapes, but my choice is based on protecting my self and not on helping or harming others. I would much rather enjoy my dreams vividly than suffer nightly. It's folly to try to influence other people for good or ill; the self is the only thing we can really affect meaningfully.

I would rather have nightmares. I can see though how everyone wouldn't want to but I would like to be able to change the course of the world by saving someone. Maybe It's my inner hippie but I think I would get more fulfillment out of being able to save even one person.

I would choose the nightmares.
I would always choose they way to better the world. If we were able to save everyone it would give us a god complex. we would begin to think we could do no wrong, get cocky or what not. fame and fortune are nothing but a speck of dust in the big picture but our lives, minds and our realities are the paint. think about that one for a minute.

i would probably try to prevent people i know from dieing because i cant bare that kind of burden for giving people false hope, that might just drive them mad and make them kill themselves. one life i better than none
