I recrntly had my step-daughter move in and her dad and i are having extreme difficulty with her behavior. The neighborhood kids aren't the best influence so i thought maybe some type of day camp might be fun as well as teach her the importance of honesty and responsibility.

try a sports camp maybe... what does she like to do? summer camp is always fun and a way to make new friends... if it is a problem with self esteem... something like this might help.. you didn't specify how old your daughter is and what exactly is difficult about her behavior. if it is her being a typical teenager... maybe you should just set more guidelines and talk more openly and make sure she knows her boundaries. if she is getting in trouble with the police or being violent.. a fun little summer camp does not sound like the right way to solve it.
