how can i feel better about my size?!?!?

although were 12/13, almost every1 in my grade is a b or c cup. both of my friends are in the upper b and im stuck in a. they always make fun of me about my boobs. how can i feel confident about my size? im in double zero, and alot of girls would luv to be this size, but im sick of not having any cleavage.
p.s. if any1 answers this, could it plz only be girls?

Sweety you are a kid.......you should worry about what will Barbie will wear when Ken picks her up for the prom........not about how your cleavage looks!! Don't grow up so fast!! You have to love who you are boobs or no boobs. Believe me, I am a 44DD and all they do is give me backaches and make me have to buy really huge tops. I would so love to be a B cup. Here's the thing, when I was your age I was an A cup and my nickname was "Nibletts", as in the the bits of corn on a cob (you have to give it to the mean kids that said it, it was creative). I didn't start to develop until I was 14 or 15. It just happened over a summer. Give yourself time and don't try to keep up with the other girls, it's not a race. If it really bothers you, you could buy one of the maximizer bras or one of the water bras. They can make you look more developed (I tried Kleenex and socks and believe me, I looked like a fool). Have your mom or aunt take you to the lingerie store (Victoria's Secret is a good place to look for one of those kinds of bras). Also, genetics plays a part in things. Look at your mom and other relatives, are they flat-chested (my mom is, but I inherited my breasts from her other relatives)? Please love yourself and don't worry about what others think of you. I'm sure you are a great person and don't need some physical attribute to define you. Remember, you are only 12 or 13, and growing up takes a lot of time, be patient.

Look, it really doesn't matter. Be comfortable in your own skin. I wear a 34 D cup and it sucks (betcha don't hear that too often).
My lower back always seems to hurt (I have to do stretches every day so it doesn't as much), I have bad posture most of the time, and people make fun of me for having big boobs. So don't worry, everyone is different and everyone has different points of view. If you're only 12-13 right now then you shouldn't worry about it.
And hey, if those girls really start to bug you or get you down, just make fun of theirs ;p.

You are at a difficult age, and I remeber it. You have hormones racing through your body and things are happening that you don't quite understand. What you must understand though is that different people develope at different times. Some girls will be almost flat chested at 18 and then 'wake up' with a b-cup. It will happen when it happens, and you cannot do anything to make it happen sooner.

If you do want a slightly bigger looking breast do exercise to strenghten the pectorals....you can find these online at cosmo or redbook or get them at any number of other sites. It won't be realy mammary glands, but it will give you a better look, and when you do get those larger breasts you will have a better base for them.

The next thing is that you just have to appreicate what you have...you can get away with allsorts of strappy tops and dresses that these other girls cannot. They have to wear bras, but you have the option to skip sometimes. If it is for a special occasion like a dance you could look into silicone inserts...no surgery required you just slip them in your bra and look bigger!

Even if you don't become a C or D cup I am sure that you are a beautiful youngwoman. You just need to be confident in yourself and knwo that you are beautiful!

Don't worry about your cup size now. Give it some time. You'll grow sooner than you think. Just wait. If it helps you feel any better, The lat time I went shopping for bras, I got a size 32 A. But since then, I think my boobs grown bigger. I probably need a size B now. If you give it some time soon you'll be a size B also. Don't rush it. Advice #1: Never, ever stuff your bra, no matter how small your boobs are. That's totally fake and stupid. Good luck!!

Honey, the size of the clothes you wear or the size of your bra doesn't make you who you are. You have to accept the body that God gave you and learn to be happy in your own skin. Guys like women of all sizes from double zero clear on up past size 32W, and everything in between. You're still very young, only 12 or 13. Your body will mature along with you, give it time.

im 27 all my friends have bigger boobs then me even my skinny friends... just keep in mind YOUR ONLY 12/13 you have alot more years to go before you should start worrying about cup size. mine didnt grow in until i was 16. even if they dont get bigger just except it. u can look at your mom and chances are the size hers are, are the size yours will probably be! just give it time youll grow into it!

I agree that most guys like big butts more than a big chest. I am not to full up top, large a small b cup. BUt I have a thick bottom half and guys in high school like that a lot.

just remember bust size doesnt show what kindof person you are. Most people with large breasts tend to attract the wrong attention. Like hoboes or pimps. You also get to wear all of the cute, flirty tops that big breasted women cant. It is all mostlikely fat anyway since you said they were bigger that you. Just remember all you have got going for you. You are thin and intelligent. Dont listen to any body who makes fun of you, its just because theyre jealous and would like to be you. Trust me on this one.

wear a water bra if your willing to make your boobs bigger but id do it over the summer and not like a week after school starts.

Don't worry. Some people are slower at developing. When I was your age I was a small B and now I'm a D..lol So just be happy with what you have right now. And forget what your friends are saying. :)
