If I am not mistaken, the original quote is from an older religious text of some sort. I want to say that it is from a Hebrew belief. I could very well be wrong though.

It was in Night of the Living Dead. It has also been in Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

I don't know but it says in the Bible that Hell has enlarged her self so I don't think any one's getting out soon

this is so not true, the Bible says that Hell enlarges itself as needed, so it will never run out of room.
