In Vancouver, Canada in 1981 there were a series of kidnapping/murders of young children. The man who was charged and was convicted of killing them is Clifford Olsen. The guy is truly the Boogie Man and next month this sorrypieceofshit is up for full parole after serving a mandatory sentence of 25 years. That truly is scary in my books
