Help theres smoke comin out of my ISP?

Im usin an Acer 2410 TravelMate series notebokk with a LiteOn Charging thingee i dont know who made my ISP(Inline Surge Protector) but i bought everything in India. My Charging thingee is a Model No PA 1650-02 Input 100-240V Im in NY,USA right now this happened this morning. I unplugged everything and the smoke stopped. I tried it without the ISP. Now it works perfectly. What do i do?

If I were you, I would contact the notebook's manufacturer - search for their website and address your situation. I was unable to find a recall for your notebook. Also.. I'd start looking for a new one.
