well, using the formula for terminal velocity of, V = sqrt ( (2 * W) / (Cd * r * A). and plugging in the necessary parts, you get 3.96144 feet per second for an empty porta-potty, and 12.5294400 feet per second for a filled porta-potty

the terminal velocity of a skydiver in a normal free-fall position with a closed parachute is about 120 Mph. It would take about 5.5 seconds to reach that speed. This speed increases to about 200 Mph if the skydiver pulls in his limbs. But their are just to many veriables with a Port-O-John.

Assuming the door doesn't flap open or fly off; I heard years ago that th terminal velocity of a brick-shaped object (rectangular all over) is about 120 mph.
