There could be a problem with your husband, has he been tested?
The only thing that I can suggest is Wild Yam Cream from Nature's Sunshine. Wild Yam is like our own natural Progesterone and has helped many women conceive. Of course it is not likely to do any good if there is a problem on your husband's end.
Peace and good luck!

first off, get your husband checked too. Even though he has 2 kids if he is older his sperm count may have started decreasing which will make it harder for him to do his part in conciving the baby. If that is the case they can give him something to increase his count. IF everything checks out then start with figuring out your cycle. There are different ways to find out the time your olvulating. There are so many wife's tales that probably don't work mixed in with true ways that are accrate, so you should talk to your doctor for the most reliable way. The last thing you'd want to do is waste money and have nothing come of it. After you've got the few days pinpointed then go on strike a week or so before to let his sperm count raise. The longer he doesn't ejaculate the more sperm will be there. When it is time for the deed use positions that cause deeper penitration. The deeper he can get the less his sperm has to travel on their own. The most popular position is the doggies favorite, or use pillows so your lifted up. Anything along those lines are good. But most of all RELAX and enjoy it . If you are under stress your body may feel that you aren't ready for a baby, and it's harder to concive. It is amazing what your body can do w/o your knowledge. So destress your life relax, and enjoy, because everything is going to get hectic with a new little one around. Good luck in your life :)

How long have you been trying? If longer than a year go see a fertility specialist, although you may not have major fertility issues, they might be able to help you figure out what would work for you. Also a ovulation predictor kit would be a great place to start, try this for a few months.
Also, there is a great website called www.fertilityfriend.com all the women on there are trying to get pregnant and they may have great suggestions to help. They also have great charts so you can begin to chart your cycles and find out when you are most fertile.
Good Luck

Try using something like this website-http://www.mymonthlycycles.com/home.jsp
to help you determine when you are most fertile, which is around ovualtion. Also, you need to be able to recognize and interpret other signs as well-appropriate body temperature and cervical fluids. Most woman are considered fertile 5-7 days before and on the day of ovulation. Here's something I found on a farily reliable website:
During my ovulation time, how many days am I really fertile?
During the time of ovulation, an egg is available to be fertilized for only about 12-24 hours. But since sperm can live in the body for 3-5 days and then the egg is available for one day, your most fertile time is considered to be about 5-7 days.
Good luck and God bless!

Have you tried a ovulation predictor kit? That will tell you when to have sex to get pregnant. If that doesn't work, then you need to see another doctor who can do more tests. Was this doctor a fertility specialist? If he was, find another one. He should do more than blood test. He should do an HSG (?) to see if your ovaries are functioning properly. He should look at your husband's sperm. He can give you drugs to make sure the egg is of good quality and he can make sure that you don't ovulate, like I did, before the egg was of optimum quality. Years are long enough to see a specialist that really cares.

The first thing to do is to try and relax. I know that's hard but stress affects your fertility; freaking out about getting pregnant makes it harder to get pregnant.
If your doctor says you are fertile then all you need to do is have good sex with your husband. After he ejaculates, stay still for a while (30 minutes) to give the sperm a chance to swim up the vaginal canal before you clean yourself off.
It's possible that your husband isn't fertile or isn't producing sperm, especially if he smokes pot. There are a lot of other possibilities, too - give yourself a few months to get pregnant and the consider a fertility specialist. It also helps to know your cycle and know which days you're most able to conceive (generally the middle of your menstrual cycle) - refrain from sex for a week before and after your period and concentrate all your lovemaking on that fertile period and that will help.
Best of luck and God bless.

First of all, relax. I feel the frustration in your e-voice. Just try to focus on being at peace and healthy so that the baby will have as little stress as possible when it is concieved. Use some relaxation techniques like yoga or tai chi. Best Wishes

Has hubby been checked? Testosterone and sperm levels decrease with time and conditions. I know men who work in protective clothing that the heat of the environment kills the sperm. Lastly, are you sure hubby wants kids? Maybe he has been snipped.
