Just got cingular phone home from mobile they say they cleaned it , got home still was not taking a charge ..

Now it not working at all , they say phone not elible for upgrade till september , and i am on contact , somebody please help me with ideas or advise...

is the old style charger with the samller head that plugs into the phone? if so, i have this problem many times with the motorola type charging systems. the typical only fix is a new charger. the capture pins are also the grounding for the charger. when they wear down they no longer make the proper contact, so it will not charge. go to your local dealer and ask them to put the pone on a new charger and it usually comes to life. good luck!
