Remember when he said drug abusers were scum, and should be locked up for life? Then, he got arrested for being a drug addict? Shouldn't that have ended his career. Go on, right wingers, defend your boy.

I'm conservative and I've never liked him. He comes off as self-righteous and intolerant. But I wouldn't lump him in with the majority of Republicans in this country, though.

You obviously don't have a clue what went on in the 60's,70's and 80's.Most of us have had our run ins with drugs or booze or women or all three.It is not the mistakes that define you but how you come out the other side.
