Heat. The hotter the water, the better the circulation, which will allow the blood to correct the buildup of lactic acid in the muscles that forms after anaerobic exercise. Also, when you stop working out, don't just stop. Get up and move around a little bit to keep the muscles in action for a little bit. This will increase blood flow and keep it active so that the lactic acid won't just sit in the muscles to begin with. If you're lifting weights, an ideal solution would be to stretch, walk around and move any muscles you intend to work out, then exercise. Every now and then, pause to get up and stretch again. The more times you take a break to do this, the less you'll cramp up at the end of the day. Be sure you're not dehydrated. Drink lots of water and sports drinks. Try to avoid caffeine on days you exercise since it's both a diuretic and a vasoconstrictor. You'd be amazed at the difference that makes.

It is a compliment and not meant to be gross at all. Whoever said this to you just meant that you're so hot that they'd drink your bath water.

vomit, and run. do you know how much bacteria is in bath water? what if the woman is menstrating? what if she pees in the water, or has not bathed for weeks? then the water wil be brown and crusty. gross. i do not find that flattering in any kind of way.

I'd be pretty grossed out too. One time a guy I'd been dating for a couple months told me he wanted to be buried next to me when we die

I think it's suppose to mean that they would do anything for you or to be near you. If someone said that wo me, I'd have to laugh. But if they want to drink it, fine with me.

The first time I ever heard this was on "The Color Purple." It seems to be almost a sexual come-on, at least that is how I perceived it in the movie.

it is a compliment. I guess it means they would do anything for you even if it was really gross. I would tell them thats nice but I'd rather not have him/her do it.

It's from the song "Still Remains" from Stone Temple Pilots. Maybe they are just a music fan?
