Well, I remember that my grandma got pretty ticked off at my grandpa for putting grass seed in the new flower bed she'd spent all day digging up. She called me up screaming at the top of her lungs "You'll never believe what your SOB'n grandpa just did. He threw grass seed ALL over in my new flower bed!!!" So I'm guessing that's a pretty darn good way to annoy a gardener!

Dogs or other animals that dig up plants. Try putting leaf-eating bugs in their garden. Better yet, a small, non poisonous garden snake would be hilarious!

things that annoy me is...children playing in my flower bed..birds eating my flowers..people stealing my flowers...not being able to water my flowers..bugs eating my flowers..weeds growing to quickly..not remember what flower gets what food....tools being stoleing.. naighbors mowning and throwing grass in my flower beds...ups guy walking in flower beds..dogs using bathroom in flower bed...cats digging holes to use bathroom..son mowing over flower bed .nephews taking sticks to flowers...and not knowing what is wrong with a certain flower searching all over the net looking for the problem and not finding it...and to plant something in a pot to only find out there are no holes in the pots..
