we had gone to a mediator. that seemed to work, kind of like a counselor, but also helps both of you decide how to part things without the huge lawyer costs.

if it is that bad then end it. if you want to make it peacefull and he doesnt even want it peacefull then you have a problem.you have to get the police involved if you feel he will lose it. good luck.

umm well somehow u have to make them realize its better to end it being friends , better for everyone . but id say dont keep taking crap from them either
