I d like to know what you do if one player throws down the wrong phase. In the case I m speaking of there were 2 players and 1 player put down Phase 7 instead of the next phase in-line Phase 6. Player 2 was almost complete in Phase 6 but Player 1 thought a new hand was in order. Player 2 felt thought there should be a consequence for the error instead of losing a good hand and starting all over again. OR Player 1 should have been dealt a new hand while Player 2 kept their hand. What do you think?

Ok you deal out 10 cards to each player..then you have to get your phase ( hope you still have those cards lol) you play till everone runs out of cards. who ever got there phase goes on to the next phase. for points everyone adds the cards in there hands and after someone gets all 10 phases that person wins. The points are incase 2 or more people end at the same time. Hope this helps

It's so much fun. It's like a mix between rummy and uno. To play, first whoever deals gives each player ten cards. (yes, the players can look at their own cards.) Then, after the cards are dealt, the dealer lays the rest of the cards in the middle (face down) and flips over the card on top. Then, the person on the left of the dealer starts. Each turn the player has to pick up a card to start their turn (either from the face down pile or face up pile (aka the "discard" pile) and then to end their turn they have to lay a card on the discard pile. (The game is unlike rummy in the fact that you cannot pick up any more than ONE card when you pick up from the discard pile and it has to be the one on the top of the discard pile.)
Thats the basic play. From here on it gets difficult. Obviously there are 10 Phases. Everyone begins on the same phase. During play you collect the cards you need to complete a phase. You can't lay down your cards until you have ALL the cards you need to complete the phase. After you complete the phase you are working on, then you try to run out of cards (when a player runs out of cards, it ends that particular round of play, and whoever hasn't finished their phase is stuck to complete it on the next round, or for as many rounds as it takes them to lay it down.). When a new round begins dealing starts all over again, and the farther you go the more variety of phases game players will be on. (for example, you could have people on phase 3, while another is still on one, and another is on 5)
It's tricky running out of cards sometimes because (unlike rummy again) you can't start a new phase during that round or add more of the same phase to yours (i.e. if you are on the phase of 2 sets of 3's, you can't make 2 new sets of 3's after you lay down your first 2 sets.) ALl you can do is add to the phases you already have, or add to other players phases.
Basic point of the game is to get through the ten phases first, while aggravating as many other people as possible (which is why there are SKIP cards).
There are a few other rules (such as, you can't pick up a SKIP card someone else discards), and if you want to play the game by points it changes slightly. You can always ask me about that if you decide to play a points game.

It's a fun game. The phases are on the box. When you get one phase you go to the next and the first person that gets to the 10th phase wins. Phase 10 is a game that goes on forever and ever.

that game is fun!!!!!!!!!!! I used to play that, let me see if i can remember,
PLAY:
One player is chosen to be the dealer, who shuffles the deck and deals out a hand of 10 cards, one at a time and face down, to each player. Players hold their 10 cards in hand, so that other players cannot see them. The remaining deck is placed face down in the center of the play area, to become the draw pile. The top card of the draw pile is turned over and placed next to the draw pile, to become the discard pile.
Play begins with the player to the left of the dealer, and progresses to the left. In turn, a player draws one card-either the top card from the draw pile or the top card from the discard pile-and adds it to the player's hand. The player ends the turn by discarding one card of choice onto the discard pile.
Play of the first hand begins, with each player trying to complete the first Phase of the 10 Phases. Each player can make only one Phase during
