Manga (漫画)is the Japanese word for comics and print cartoons. Outside of Japan, it usually refers specifically to Japanese comics.

A manga is a graphic novel not a comic book and anime is not a cartoon, since there usually is a age rating of 13 and up or even higher, also its ONLY from Japan not asia, also its read from right to left, which is fun, but can confuse some people and usually the anime and the manga are different. Not all mangas have big eyes mostly the girls hav big eyes though, the hair is not crazy just many colors to depict their personality, but not always.

It rocks! Not all characters have big eyes though! A lot of evil people have small eyes.... ! The hair is so not crazy! It's cool! I wish my hair was perfect like that........ *sigh.... Manga are graphic novels basically! Read right to left instead though!

It is a book with picture in it and it is from Asia[ or might be from all over the world but it very popular in Asia and Europe], if you want to know more about it you might go to the book store and see it yourself....the store name is waldenbooks...my favorite manga title is absolute boyfriends...

manga rocks. Its basically japanese backwards comic books with big eyes and awesome hair, and is deeper in a lot of ways, especially in love, than anything else.
