Its a bit like curling, but not so cold.

And unless you have a team of highly trained mice (which I suspect you might actually have, so you'd be ok), you would never be able to hold the little brushes. That's why you never see people playing shove ha'penny with brushes. Conversely, it's also why you never see mice playing curling.
