Tomato leaves scrolling and then dying. What is the cause and how to prevent or treat the tomato bushes.?

Dig a little bit of the soil up around the plant. Does it look mainly dry or soaked? The plants are probably getting dehydrated then wilting or scrolling as you call it. If the ground looks/feels dry, water them really good and they should start coming out of it. Maybe even give them a little bit of Miracle Grow to help. If the ground looks/feels soaked, then they may be getting too much water, especially if the bottom leaves are turning yellow.
