Wool for men's dress socks, usually. For reular socks, they're often 81% Ring-Spun Cotton, 15% Polyester, 2% Natural Latex Rubber, 2% Other Fiber. For women's socks it's 71% Cotton, 23% Polyester, 3% Nylon, 3% Rubber. These are from Hanes, by the way.
