I think, therefore I am. Right?

If I think about what color socks I'm going to wear, and I put on the color I think about, then my though of wearing red socks has just become a reality.
Nothing happens unless we think about something and act on those thoughts, so yes, thoughts do create reality.

To answer this one must know what reality is. Is reality one's perception of existance or existance itself? According to dictionary.com, reality is the quality or state of being actual or true, or the totality of all things possessing actuality, existance, or essence. I say that reality IS existance.

One might argue that matter, time, and space, etc. would exist without thoughts, but that it would not be reality without perception (thoughts), and that reality would be created by thoughts. I find the dilemma similar to the "if a branch falls in the forest and no one is around to hear it, did it make a sound?" question. The branch does disturb the air and create sound waves, but if no person is around to hear the waves, then is there a sound? No. Why? Because sound is percieved.

With reality, the situation is different though, because it, unlike sound, does not need to be percieved to exist. Our perception of reality does not change the fact that it exists, and does not create it. So my answer is No, thoughts do not create reality.

Thoughts are electronic messeges in our brain. How could they possibly create a reality in the scientific sense (they can off course in the artistic sense: in books music ext., but that's not quite the same thing)?
That's a no , btw.

a thought is impossible in the absence of reality, reality however is not dependent on thought, to have a thought one must possess a consciousness, for one to be called a consciousness it must first be conscious of something, it must perceive, that which it perceives is reality. so by definition thoughts cannot create reality, for reality must first be perceived, to be thought of.

No, because some thoughts can be separate from reality. Think about everyone's imagination. Or people who are trippin or insane.

possibly maximum of our "truth" is only made up. like the idea of a "vehicle parking area". only through portray some strains on the floor we impact the reality of drivers. (no longer all drivers, for sure. some people can by no skill park in the strains.) i'd declare that those strains do not extremely recommend something and do not in fact change the gap between them right into a vehicle parking area.
