The answer to that is self-evident.
A privacy fence is one in name only, if it doesn't shield the goings-on in your yard from prying eyes above the fence. Going nude in your backyard will be offensive to someone who looks out their window--something they're entirely entitled to do.
Check your area's guidelines by researching. If you live in a housing community, ask the governing body. If not, research the laws for your local area, or place a call to your local police department (using their non-emergency phone number). Do find out before you break a possible law, and are arrested for public nudity.
If you find out that you are on the right side of the law, then GO COMMANDO!........(as long as it's within your own house or backyard)

You can do whatever you like on your property. But the people who live in two story houses will be able to see you when they go to the second floor. Thanks for the points.
