SHOULD I TAKE HER TO COURT AND SUE HER FOR THE PAIN AND SUFFERING SHE PUT FLUFFY THROUGH BECAUSE I REALLY LOVE MY DOG??

i hope your wife divorces you for treating her daughter in such a cruel way and you can always get another dog, granted what she did was wrong but every child makes mistakes but suing her isnt the way to go, let her mother think of a proper punishment for what she did....

don't sue her, just get your dog the medical attention he/she needs. Your stepdaughter already feels really bad anyway, just let it go. what you are calling her is not going to motivate her to loose weight.
