Send her to the doctor, they can help her. This is an honest answer.

I have seen a lot of answers for external remedies but how about a detox regimen? Take care of the inside as well, and if that's not the problem then you've still done something helpful.
The most inexpensive detox in a fast. All fresh vegetables for up to a week. Wash veggies very well and don't over cook them. Eat them raw or cook under 7 minutes. Anything more kills their nutritional value.
Check out this site for other natural remedies.

Tell her to try the brand "Certain Dry". It is a roll-on. I have purchased it at Target in the past. They typically keep it behind the pharmacy counter. I have had many of the same issues and this stuff is truly amazing. Many days I can go without anything on at all. Make sure she follows the directions. It is a stronger formula that most. Good Luck!

Some people's sweat/odor glands are just more active than others, and they may need something stronger than a grocery-store deoderant. A doctor can prescribe something stronger. Otherwise, try something like Secret Platinum, or anything that is heavy duty or "super dry." Brands that I find don't work well are Suave, Clean and Clear, and Lady Speed Stick. And wear breathable clothing like cotton, and don't keep it too tight.

maybe she should try changing her diet eat more veggies and fruits, also make sure that she is not sharing her clothe with anybody else because even if it's washed it the odor particles can still stay for a while, and two different PH balances combined can be pretty stinky.

There is an ointment that you can get from the Doctor with Aluminum Chloride in it that works for sweaty, smelly issues. I have used it myself on my feet. Gross, I know!

try men's deodoant. They have some nicly scented unisex ones that might work. Also, tell her to shave less. Although this may seem contradictory, it will actually help.
