Lil Wayne...i'd say he's a more cooler, laid back, down to earth dude! he just seem so cool and fresh, ya know what i mean? lol...or u just dont know what im talking about...lol? :-)

Well Jay-z is is one of the greatest of all time and lil wayne is finally getting his shine, so they both bring some good to the rap game.

I definitely think Jay-Z is truly one of the greatest MC's however since he has "retired" I think that Lil' Wayne has secured his place is rap as the greatest since the "best rapper retired." But overall there is enough room for both of them and it would be really hot if they were able to do a song together.
