The ASPCA recommends offering small amounts of fresh fruit and vegetables to your guinea pigs every day. Try grapes, cucumbers, corn, peas, carrots and pears. Half a handful of veggies and a slice of fresh fruit per pig is plenty. Always make sure to clean up any leftover fresh food before it spoils. You’ll also need to make grass hay available to your pets at all times. It’s great for the digestive system, and will also satisfy your pet’s need to gnaw.
Unlike other animals, guinea pigs cannot manufacture Vitamin C, so you’ll need to ensure that your pets get enough of this essential nutrient every day. A quarter of an orange will do, but you can also include some fruits and veggies that are high in C to their daily ration of fresh foods, such as kale, dandelion greens and strawberries.
Do not give your guinea pigs cabbage, beans or potato peelings! These foods can kill your pig.

Carrots are always a winner.
Stray away from celery though, because it is ''stringy'' and can build up in his stomach.
Also, pet stores have treats that most guinea pigs love, as well.

Like people they each have their own preferences. Mine preferes cut up pieces of cucumber, carrots, bell pepper (for vitamin C), and only 1 leaf of romaine lettuce. She'd eat a whole head, but it would make her very sick--green beans could kill her--according to my Vet. She loves fruit but only gets small amounts to avoid colic.

rasins and other dried fruits are popular, but remember that guinea pigs are all about food, they will squeal day and night if they think that you will feed them to shut them up

they all eat different things. i had one who loved carrots and one who loved green peppers. they all seem to love romaine lettuce. don't give iceberg, it makes them go to the bathroom too much and you will have to clean up more.
