it's not illegal. you just have to be a certain age to get a piercing. it all depends or where u live. and if u want to get a piercing at a young age, you have to get parental consent.

No, you just need parental consent since it is invasive if you have a business do it (like surgey, they are going to "pierce" the skin to insert the earring, or whatever type of jewelry, wherever you are doing it).
You can also do it yourself or have someone else do it, but it is still painful either way, and that is not illegal.
Also, if you are getting something other than your ear pierced, go to a shop because there are dangers you may not be aware of.

With a parents permission you can. I signed for my son to get pierced when he was 13. Many parents have their daughter's ears pierced while they are just babies.

It's only illegal to do it without the parent's permission.

get your parents to sign if its on your body but I got my ears pierced 4 times in each ear and my mom wasn't even there. So, if its on your ears its okay if you are a minor.
