FIRST OF ALL, IN KANSAS, WHERE I LIVE, WE DON'T EXACTLY SMOKE WEED.(WELL, MOST OF US) SECONDLY, A FLIP-FLOP EXCHANGE IS WHEN YOU SEND A PAIR OF FLIP-FLOPS TO THE FIRST PERSON ON THE LIST, MAIL THE LIST TO 6 PEOPLE AND THEY SEND YOU A PAIR OF FLIP-FLOPS(WHEN YOUR NAME IS AT THE TOP OF THE LIST.)

Yes I sure have . So far I've received 14 pairs. It's fun and cheap. A great way to get a variety, if you like flip flops.

That has to be one of the dumbest concepts i've ever heard of!!The postage is probably more than the value of the flip flops!!
