Find it and go see a doctor! I am serious (if you are). You can't always feel their bites. Their venom dissolves the tissues underneath your skin, and it turns into a deep crater or trench (sometimes exposing the bones) within days. It is important that you seek medical attention within 24 hours to confirm that you weren't bitten, and are okay. Please take care of yourself. If you can't find the spider, still go see a doctor, even if you don't think you were bitten (mark is extremely small at first).

And no, I am not being a troll or trying to scare you. I am really serious.

Brown recluse spiders are related to black widows and nearly as poisonous. Make sure it didn't bite you! Although, if you're not feeling sick and there's no sore spot by now, it probably didn't. I recommend vacuuming every square inch of the room, including inside furniture--maybe you can vacuum up the SOB!

Just be glad he didn't bite you. I think, just for being that good natured, he deserves to live. LOL
Anyways, I would just watch your step, and keep an eye out for him, and to prevent harm done to yourself, check your shoes before you put them on, and anywhere else that he may be hiding.
